Our mission is to help you build understanding, learn effective strategies, and develop new skills to live with executive functioning disorders.

As a life coach, my goal is to help you identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and develop a plan to achieve them with guidance and support.

Jenny Knox

I am a Columbia, Missouri native. My background is in special education with an emphasis on ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities and brain disorders.

I’ve spent years tackling executive functioning challenges at work, home, and school. During these decades, I’ve learned some creative methods for ensuring that I’m following through, considered reliable, and to succeed at accomplishing my goals.

I was diagnosed with ADHD and a brain disorder as an adult. I was in a marriage with an ADHD spouse and two AMAZING children with ADHD and other learning/developmental challenges that required me to be in charge of schedules, maintaining the household, and primary educational advocate for all of us.

I earned my BA in psychology with a minor in sociology at Columbia College. I’ve been challenged by online learning and I continue to advocate for myself as I complete my Master Of Arts in teaching.

Meet our close-knit family, where love, support, and hard work are the cornerstones of our lives. In this heartwarming picture, you’ll find me alongside my 26-year-old son, Forrest, and his fiancée, Rena. He’s my inspiration, a snapshot of our joyful and evolving family.

Together, we navigate life’s ups and downs with love and resilience, cherishing the moments that make our family unique. Through thick and thin, we stand united, supporting each other’s dreams and celebrating every achievement. Our family’s story is still being written, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for this dynamic trio.
